3. How long does it take to form a business in the U.S.?

In general, the time it takes to form a business in the U.S. typically ranges from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the state and the complexity of the business formation.

Basic LLC formation: Usually takes between 3 to 15 business days.

Expedited services: Some states offer expedited processing, which can shorten the time to as little as 24 hours.

Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN): Can be obtained in as little as 3 business days in some cases.

Keep in mind that additional services like applying for a U.S. bank account or obtaining other required permits may take longer.

4. What is the best state to register my business?

It depends on the activity of your business:

• For e-commerce: Wyoming or New Mexico are ideal, as they offer data privacy and do not charge state taxes or franchise fees.

• If you plan to have a physical presence, it is recommended to register the business in the state where it will be located.

5. Can I register an LLC or CORP if I am a foreigner?
